Expert Advice publishes articles by people who work in the Tricity property market: advocates, property consultants, architects, town planners, chartered accountants, valuers, bankers and developers.

What we look for

• Practical, original articles that help readers understand buying, investing, the law or the market. 600–1,200 words is a good length.
• Facts that can be checked. Please link to any order, rule or data you rely on.
• No sales pitches. Articles that promote a specific project, or promise returns, will not be published as Expert Advice. You can ask about a clearly labelled sponsored article instead.

How it works

1. Send your article with your name, designation, company, a short bio, a photo if you like, and any business interests relevant to the topic.
2. Our editors review it. We may suggest changes for accuracy, clarity and length, and we will send you the edited version.
3. We publish only with your written permission, under your name, with your designation and any disclosure.
4. Your views remain your own and are labelled as such. Articles are general information, not individual legal or financial advice.
