HSVP revises area and reserve price of Panchkula Sector 23 institutional site before e-auction
Institutional Site No. 3 went under the hammer on 21 March with a reserve price of about ₹109.85 crore.

Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) issued a public notice on 19 March 2026 changing the details of an institutional site in Panchkula, two days before its e-auction.
Institutional Site No. 3 in Sector 23 had its plot area revised from 6,070.5 sq m to 6,052.41 sq m. The reserve price was correspondingly cut from ₹1,10,17,95,900 to ₹1,09,85,12,600.
The e-auction was scheduled for 21 March 2026. Bidders should always check HSVP's latest notices before an auction, since area and price corrections like this one can be issued at short notice.
