Omaxe gets Punjab RERA nod for four residential projects in New Chandigarh
Integrated Residential Township Phase 6 and Resort The Retreat are among the approvals, with launches lined up for March.

Omaxe has received Punjab RERA registration for four residential projects in New Chandigarh, in Mohali district, through its subsidiary Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers.
The approved projects include Integrated Residential Township Phase 6 and Resort The Retreat. The company also received Punjab RERA approval for The Retreat commercial project, and Haryana RERA approval for Omaxe World Mall.
Residential launches were scheduled for 12 March 2026 and the commercial launch for 17 March. RERA validity runs into 2030–2031.
